The ISSA Member Quality Standard is designed to define the minimum quality requirements for the ship supply industry that ISSA Members must strive to achieve. You can obtain the full standard download from the ISSA website.
For all members of national associations, the elected representative within the country will receive from the ISSA quality executive and the ISSA should pass the audit control document to all members directly to each individual member. This, when completed, will be emailed directly from the individual member to the ISSA quality executive for evaluation using issaquality@gmx.co.uk
For all associate members of ISSA executive quality will send directly to each member of the audit control document for action by the individual member. Again when this is completed, it should be sent directly to the ISSA quality executive for evaluation using issaquality@gmx.co.uk
For all members who succeed in this assessment, they will receive an individually numbered ISSA quality certificate valid for five years, subject to annual review. In addition, the company will be identified on the ISSA register and on the ISSA website with a quality logo bearing their name, indicating that they have met the requirements of the ISSA quality standard.
The cost for this assessment is £ 250 for non-ISO companies and £ 125 for ISO companies and includes the ISSA quality certificate. The ongoing annual assessment audit is £ 150, which includes endorsement.
