The Brazilian Association of Ship Suppliers is an entity that brings together Ship Suppliers and Services Providers throughout Brazil.
Founded on March 16, 1979 by businessmen of the industry, and today, following the global development, works to support the members, in the pursuit of Quality and Excellence, in assisting the vessels that enter the Brazilian waters.
ABFN, together with the Brazilian Authorities, tries to contribute to find agile means, within the Legislation, thus being able to supply the vessels in the shortest possible time, regulating cost / benefit.
Noting that the pioneering spirit of the founders of ABFN, who believed in a capable and solid market, pushes us towards continuity and development, with international organizations, and that due to globalization, we are close.

For all members of national associations, the elected representative within the country will receive from the ISSA Quality Executive and the ISSA should pass the audit control document to all members directly to each individual member. ISSA is the international association with nearly 2,000 ship suppliers worldwide. They have 43 national vessel supplier associations as qualified ISSA members and 52 other member associates in countries where there is no national association.
